Processing Time
All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Delays
Buuzhy Vossi is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders that have entered production cannot be changed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.
Buuzhy Vossi is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages after they have been shipped. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information to file a claim.
We are not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.
