By using this website or placing an order with Buuzhy Vossi, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing

Prices may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase by contacting buuzhnr@gmail.com.

After 15 minutes, production may have already started and orders cannot be canceled or changed.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, logos, designs, and content on this website are the property of Buuzhy Vossi and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Buuzhy Vossi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for your order.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable privacy practices.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
